The creative direction of Super Bowl LIX is all about celebrating the joyful energy and spirit of New Orleans. The visual identity was inspired by second line traditions, beadwork & bouncing to the beat of a brass band.

An extension of the Super Bowl LIX style guide, the Honors guide draws on the historic Saenger Theatre’s vintage luxury and New Orleans’ vibrant streets. Nostalgic details, kinetic graphic elements, and applauding crowds—framing NFL Honors as the city’s most iconic performance.

Built out two design directions for event owners to chose from.

Direction 1: Grand Stage
Drew inspiration from the historic Saenger Theatre venue. Applauding the giants & greats on stage. Luxurious, nostalgic & decorative.

Direction 2: Paint the Town
Celebrated the vibrancy of New Orleans—fearless in self expression, much like our players. Crafted, bespoke & alive.

Direction 1 was ultimately chosen by stakeholders.
